Havana, the birthplace of Cuervo y Sobrinos, is a vibrant city. Salsa, passion, rum and cigar smoke enrich the character of this already exciting scene. There are several beaches close to Havana, characterised by wide expanses of fine sands that gently dissolve into warm Caribbean seas. Residents and tourists are drawn to this land, keen to explore the unique underwater habitat and discover its subaquatic treasures.
The Cuervo y Sobrinos Buceador Caribe is the perfect companion for seeing this biodiverse environment. Buceador is the Spanish word for ‘diver’, a clear declaration of the model’s purpose.
Staying true to divers' watch tradition, the Buceador Caribe features a solid case back. This case back is engraved with an image of a diver swimming underwater, surrounded by a shallow of tropical fish. At the heart of this watch sits the CYS 8126 automatic calibre, a Soprod movement that features a finished oscillating weight with an engraved motif.
Now, Cuervo y Sobrinos unveils two additional references, enlarging its Buceador Caribe collection, delivering new, unprecedented choice. The Emerald Sea variant is presented on a Cordura strap executed in yellow mustard and green and also comes with an additional strap in green leather.
Inspired by the beauty of Cuba, the birthplace of Cuervo y Sobrinos, and created adjacent the shores of Lake Lugano, the Buceador Caribe is the best of both worlds or, as we prefer to say, ‘Born in Havana. Crafted in Switzerland.’
